bike set up
As an enhanced service I can also evaluate your power output using the SpinScan™ pedal stroke analyser of the CompuTrainer.
Many people continually adjust and tweak their bikes; often due to back ache or other aches and pains. Some never feel they’re getting enough power, so adjust and tinker with their bikes without ever being truly satisfied.
Seeing your pedalling efficiency and power output is quite a revelation. The SpinScan™ feature provides multicolour graphs on screen, (see below) which represents one full 360-degree pedal revolution divided into 15-degree segments showing both the left /right leg percentage power splits to give you the feedback needed to pedal smoothly and identify any "flat" or "dead" spots in the pedal stroke where optimal power is not being transferred from the athlete to the wheels and helps with any adjustments needed for optimum power.
Using these methods eliminates subjectivity and guesswork from the bike fit process. Contact me to arrange your set up 07983 551517.
“Proper bike fit is a marriage between the human body, which is somewhat adaptable, and a machine that is somewhat adjustable.”
