How The Patent-Pending System Works.

INFINIT Nutrition's patent pending process that ensures your unique formulation will work for your body.

Osmolality is a measure of how much “stuff” is in your sports drink. If there is too much “stuff” your drink will be too dense and your body will treat it like a food. The unfortunate result: Failure. Your system shuts down and stops processing it, resulting in gastric distress, cramping, and worse.

Controlling osmolality is the key to the effectiveness of any sports drink. Be sure to take a look at their Product Comparison chart on the Infinit web site to see how their competition stacks up.

You can have the best ingredients in the world but if they are too highly concentrated, or the mix is wrong, you might as well be trying to compete while eating a cheeseburger.

InfinIT Nutrition is the only company that allows you to have everything that you need in one sports drink and guarantees the osmolality and performance of your custom formulation. You can have the taste you want plus all of the calories, electrolytes, and protein you need AND guaranteed success with infinIT's Osmo-Fit ™ System.

Simple Tips to Improve Your Diet

Check with your GP or medical advisor before making any significant dietary changes and be aware that you may be allergic to some foods, such as nuts.

Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables

This is probably the best way to improve your health through diet, and as been shown it can reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and even osteoporosis Fresh fruit and vegetables are a rich source of vitamins, minerals, fibre, and other beneficial substances.

Get your protein from natural sources whenever possible

Organic fresh meat, fish, and poultry. These foods will also help prevent diabetes, heart disease, and osteoporosis, whilst providing you with high quality protein, vitamins, and minerals, keep you satiated, and help boost your metabolism.

Avoid processed foods

Fast foods are ‘fat’ foods! If you must eat on the fly grab a piece of fruit. If you cannot then check the label and see what you’re getting in the packet. Avoid fried foods,  baked, snack foods, frozen meals, processed meats, sweets, and starches as they are often high in refined carbohydrates, preservatives, sweeteners, harmful fats, (there are good fats, see below). Processed foods are usually low on the good stuff like the vitamins, minerals, fibre, and nutrients we need. may increase your chances of developing heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity.

Eat Good Fats

Good fats are Monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) which lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) while increasing HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol). Brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds and pistachios, macadamia nuts are good choices. Peanuts and cashews are legumes not nuts. Raw nuts are best, avoid nuts that are salted or cooked in unhealthy oils. Nuts also contain fibre and other minerals, especially magnesium, a mineral lacking in most people’s diets. Magnesium protects the heart and helps prevent osteoporosis. Other sources of good fats are found in avocado, canola and olive oil which also high in MUFAs. MUFAs have also been found to help in weight loss, particularly body fat which is a good thing for the athlete..

Oils

Use olive oil, preferably extra virgin olive oil whenever possible. Avoid excessive use of oils like vegetable oil, soybean oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil, canola (rapeseed) oil, peanut oil, safflower oil, and sunflower oil, as well as margarine and mayonnaise.  These all contain high levels of either n-6 or trans fats, as these are extremely unhealthy.
